Key Responsibilities
1. Ground Sensing & Research Support

• Assist the team in gathering feedback from students on their career aspirations and challenges.
• Support the preparation of short surveys, polls, or informal engagement activities with student groups.
• Conduct basic research on career trends, employability skills, and youth concerns.

2. Programme Support

• Assist in the preparation for career readiness workshops, talks, and engagement activities

3. Event & Activity Coordination

• Assist the core team in coordinating programme logistics
• Conduct career readiness programs that are relevant to their IHL community 
• Provide on-ground support during programmes and events.

4. Administrative & Documentation Support

• Assist in compiling feedback forms and participant data.
• Support the team in preparing simple post-event summaries or reports.
• Help maintain programme documentation and records.
