COMPANY DESCRIPTION
YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of YTL Power International Berhad, is in the business of producing, wholesaling, trading and retailing of energy; with a primary focus on electricity. As an established player in Singapore's energy sector, it supplies the country's energy needs through its multi-utilities platform. With a licensed generation capacity of 3,100 MW*, it is one of Singapore's largest electricity generators.
The YTL PowerSeraya Group has three subsidiaries: the retail arm under the Geneco brand provides electricity price plans and energy solutions to homes and businesses, PetroSeraya is the fuel management arm of the Group, and Taser Power which operates Taser Power Plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to start from November 2026 onwards, for a minimum of 6 months.
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as preparing related HR documentation.
- Support HR operations and administrative activities, including document preparation and report generation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR transformation projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required.
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Consulting/ Management / Development, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline, with a strong interest in Human Resource Management & Development.
- Able to commit to a full-time on-site internship for a minimum of 3 months.
- Independent, energetic, and resourceful team player.
- Strong organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Able to engage stakeholders confidently and professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
