YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of YTL Power International Berhad, is in the business of producing, wholesaling, trading and retailing of energy; with a primary focus on electricity. As an established player in Singapore's energy sector, it supplies the country's energy needs through its multi-utilities platform. With a licensed generation capacity of 3,100 MW*, it is one of Singapore's largest electricity generators.

The YTL PowerSeraya Group has three subsidiaries: the retail arm under the Geneco brand provides electricity price plans and energy solutions to homes and businesses, PetroSeraya is the fuel management arm of the Group, and Taser Power which operates Taser Power Plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Engineers and Technical Officers in routine electrical maintenance and inspection work.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems such as motors, switchgear, transformers, UPS, solar system and control circuits.
• Participate in condition monitoring, data collection, and updating maintenance records.
• Support documentation of maintenance reports and equipment histories.
• Observe and comply with all safety and operational procedures within the plant.
• Assist in ongoing engineering improvement or modification projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (undergraduate or recent graduate).
• Keen interest in industrial electrical systems and maintenance work.
• Medically fit with normal colour vision.
• Good attitude, willing to learn, willing to hands-on and work in a plant environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety and testing equipment preferred.
• Able to commit to the full internship period

• Available to commence from mid-August 2026 onwards, for a minimum of 3 months.
• Preference for credit-bearing internship.
