Job Scope:

• Sales acquisition for renovation projects (Verified leads will be provided)
• Provide advisory services, space planning, and Design Proposal
• Preparation of a proposal based on clients’ requirements
• Project management for renovation works including site supervision and project coordination
• Schedule workflow to meet customers' deadlines.
• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure a smooth handover
• Responds to clients’ email/tele-inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Travel to jobsite during renovation period
• Manage all projects from proposal to execution, and handover

Requirements:

• Candidates with higher NITEC, Diploma & Bachelor Degree are preferred
• It’s a bonus if you have experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, or AutoCAD
• Candidates without the required educational background are welcome to apply and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
