Job Description

Capable of detailed design documentation of interiors layouts, loose furniture, joinery, finishes.
Produce materials and FF&E (furniture, fixture, and equipment) specificiations.
Participate in the progress of all project drawings, renderings, finishes, furniture, and budgets.
Participate in selection and scheduling of FF&E and color and materials for projects in coordination with other team members for presentation to clients and space planning concepts.
Review pricing, materials and customization for projects and provides design support for completion/execution of design concepts.
Schedule professional home consultations to present customized room designs, including sample fabrics, furniture, tables and accessory recommendations the benefits of a professional installation service.
Assist with maintenance of the overall visual appearance of store, this includes but is not limited to assist to maintain floor and/or showroom displays, tagging of products and accessories, maintaining accessory catalogs and design center fabrics, and maintaining general store cleanliness.
Ability to work with one of the world’s most recognizable and respected furniture brands.
Develops facility and furniture space planning solutions, coordinating with other design disciplines to ensure compliance with relevant building, accessibility and life-safety codes.
Develops construction documents and specifications including floor, ceiling, finish, furniture, millwork and signage plans and supporting design details.
