We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with the SOG Design lead on design & build projects across Singapore and Asia Pacific and support the growth of our interior design capabilities. You will be responsible for the production of design work for interior projects, and help prepare presentations, 3D modelling, graphics, and visualization documents to convey design ideas and project concepts to clients.

Key Responsibilities:·      
Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, project management, and advisory.
Deliver high-quality work in line with given instructions and respond positively to feedback.
Demonstrate a good understanding of the client/practice relationship.
Self-motivated and efficient in a multi-tasking environment.      
Manage creative and technical design delivery and coordinate project documentation.
Coordinate activities of teams engaged in preparing construction and furniture drawings and specifications.
Review and develop specifications. 
Assist and support the design team in areas of staffing and mentoring.
Establish strategy, goals, and objectives for design projects.
Assemble presentations and "leave-behinds" when pursuing new projects.    
Learn and utilize design and planning tools.
Deliver high-quality design work, developing creative and innovative thinking.
Coordinate aspects of third-party work, including external contractors, suppliers, and other professionals.

Job Requirements:
Degree in a related design field or equivalent certification.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
 Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch-up, and/or other 3D software such as Rhinoceros.
Well-versed in developing visualizations.
Exposure to the delivery of large-scale projects.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work autonomously as required.
A talented designer with a portfolio of projects that demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking.
Expert in all conventional aspects of technical design/architectural principles.
Strong all-around interior design skills, including concept design, space planning, client presentations, documentation, detailing, and coordination.
Desire to constantly improve and seek opportunities for professional growth.

Passionate about design technology, including immersive tech and visualization.
