Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with client requirements.
• Manage interior fit-out and furniture installation projects, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate technical documentation, including the preparation, submission, and approval of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and related project documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on project progress, site matters, and coordination requirements.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues, identifying potential risks or delays while implementing corrective actions and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or site project management.
• Experience in office furniture or workplace projects will be an added advantage.
