We are seeking a full‑time Interior Design Assistant to support our founder across design, documentation, and project coordination. This is a hands‑on role in a small, high‑calibre studio—with exposure from early concept all the way through to site and styling. Hybrid arrangement (mix of in‑studio/site and work‑from‑home).

Key responsibilities

• Assist with concept development: mood boards, material and FF&E sourcing, presentation layouts.​
• Prepare and update drawings and documentation (plans, elevations, details) for renovation and styling projects.
• Coordinate samples, suppliers, and quotations; help maintain our materials library.
• Support site coordination: site measures, photo documentation, liaising with contractors on details as directed.​
• Help manage project timelines and checklists, ensuring tasks move smoothly from design to execution.
• Assist on styling and installation days—from unboxing to final cushions and art placement.​

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• 0–3 years’ experience in interior design (fresh grads welcome if portfolio is strong).
• ACAD , Sketch up required
