a. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction of civil, structural, geotechnical, or Mechanical & Electrical works for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.

b. Qualifications: Hold a good degree in Engineering in Civil/Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical , Electrical and Architectural

c. Skills: Self-motivated, driven, and equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

d. Technical Proficiency: Capable of understanding technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.

e. Work Ethic: Able to work independently, function effectively as a strong team player, and handle fast-paced projects.

f. Communication: Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

g. Technical Tools: Have a good working knowledge of MS Office and be proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
