• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships, providing high-quality service and, in some cases, mentoring junior staff.
• Client Servicing: Assist with policy administration, renewals, and claims processing to ensure a smooth experience.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
• Goal Achievement: Drive business targets by collaborating with partners and sales teams.
