Job Summary
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team through outbound calling and lead generation. This role focuses on introducing the company’s products and services to manufacturing contacts and identifying potential business opportunities. No direct selling or deal closing is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to manufacturing contacts to introduce the company’s products and services

• Generate and qualify new business leads for the sales team

• Accurately record and update lead information in the system for follow-up

• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads

• Maintain professional, clear, and courteous communication at all times

• Follow approved call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification

• Able to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone

• Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging new contacts

• Basic computer literacy for data entry and record keeping

• Industry: Manufacturing

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 5.30pm

• Salary: Up to $3,000

• Incentive: Up to $800 per month (based on performance)

• Location: Lavender (approximately 10 minutes’ walk from MRT)

• Training will be provided

• Opportunity for conversion to permanent staff based on performance
