Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential clients, researching target markets, and qualifying leads to determine their suitability for sales efforts.
• Engaging with prospects via phone, email, or video calls to educate them about the company's offerings and build relationships.
• Presenting products or services, addressing customer questions and concerns, and negotiating deals to close sales.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with existing customers to provide support, identify needs, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
• Tracking leads, managing the sales process, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Processing client's PO and liaise with logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
• Working with marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma / degree in any field.
• Experience in sales in managed services will be given priority.
• Candidate excellent communication skills with no experience may apply.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
