Role Summary

We are seeking a Inside Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing quotations, order processing, customer coordination, and sales administration. This role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and timely customer follow-up to support revenue growth.

This is an office-based role that bridges Sales, Operations, and Customers.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales Administration

• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Process sales orders accurately in ERP/CRM system.
• Issue invoices, delivery orders, and coordinate shipments.
• Maintain updated customer records and pricing structures.

2️⃣ Customer Support & Coordination

• Respond to customer inquiries (pricing, stock availability, delivery status).
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle basic complaint resolution and escalate when required.

3️⃣ Sales Support

• Assist sales team in preparing proposals and tender submissions.
• Monitor sales pipeline and follow up on pending quotations.
• Support sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain monthly sales reports and dashboards.

4️⃣ Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Finance for payment follow-ups.
• Liaise with suppliers for stock availability and lead times.
• Support inventory planning and demand forecasting.

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales / sales coordination / admin support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
