Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage shared email mailboxes for the department/admin team and ensure timely responses
- Collect physical mail and scan documents for electronic filing and distribution
- Perform daily World-Check sanctions screening for claims submitted in the system
- Create and update client bank account details in the system with accuracy
- Assist the Senior Administrative Executive with statement of account verification
- Follow up with hospitals on direct billing invoices and ensure timely processing
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and assignments as required by the reporting manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in an administrative or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
