Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in infrastructure operations, implementation, or support (level based on experience).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in networking, servers, cloud technologies, identity services, Microsoft 365, backup/DR, monitoring, and security controls.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and infrastructure security best practices is preferred.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage: CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure, or security certifications (e.g., CCSP, GSEC).
• Strong documentation ability, excellent problem‑solving skills, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations & Service Reliability

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of core corporate infrastructure, including:Network services (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), internet connectivity, and network segmentation Server and virtualization environments (on‑premises and cloud) Identity and access platforms (AD/Entra ID), DNS, and DHCPEmail and collaboration solutions (Microsoft 365) Backup, recovery, storage, and monitoring systems
• Investigate and resolve escalated infrastructure incidents, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
• Conduct regular system health checks and service performance reviews, driving continuous stability and reliability improvements.
• Maintain and update operational documentation such as runbooks, escalation paths, and system reference guides.
