Job Summary

Lead and manage multiple strategic IT programs to deliver complex technology initiatives aligned with business goals. Drive digital transformation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and stakeholder engagement for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of IT programs and projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Define clear program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics to measure impact and progress
Coordinate multiple project teams to manage dependencies and mitigate risks effectively across programs
Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures to track program status and ensure accountability
Engage senior stakeholders regularly to provide strategic updates, insights, and recommendations that influence decision-making
Drive digital transformation initiatives including system upgrades, automation, and integration to enhance operational efficiency
Manage program budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and oversee vendor performance to optimize program delivery
Identify potential risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard program success
Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and relevant regulatory requirements throughout program execution
Continuously improve program management processes, methodologies, and delivery frameworks to increase effectiveness

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
6–10 years of experience managing IT projects or programs, including multiple large-scale initiatives
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
Proven skills in stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and team coordination
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
