Job Summary

Lead and drive the company’s digital transformation, IT strategy, and technology operations to support business growth and operational efficiency. Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and teams while aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency
Lead and manage IT operations including infrastructure, networks, systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) to ensure reliable service delivery
Oversee digital transformation initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and enterprise application performance
Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with relevant regulations to safeguard company assets and information
Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and maintain vendor relationships to support technology investments and operations
Drive system integration and process automation to improve operational workflows and technology innovation
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to achieve high performance and foster professional growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled business solutions that meet organizational needs
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance the company’s competitive advantage and innovation capacity

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in leadership roles
Proven expertise in IT strategy development, digital transformation, and project delivery
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles
Experience managing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar platforms
Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
