Job Summary

Support creator partnerships, content production, and social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube by managing influencers, assisting in content creation, and providing on-site shooting support.

Responsibilities

• Recruit influencers, creators, KOLs, and KOCs to participate in marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators to foster collaboration
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns to meet project goals and timelines
• Assist creators during content production to ensure quality and alignment with campaign objectives
• Attend on-site content shoots to support video production activities
• Capture short-form video content using smartphones for social media platforms
• Assist with video shooting by managing lighting, camera angles, and content planning
• Coordinate communication and logistics among merchants, creators, and production teams
• Collect, organise, and manage content assets for campaign use and reporting
• Research social media trends and generate content ideas to enhance campaign relevance
• Support TikTok Shop and Creator Commerce projects by assisting in execution and coordination
• Assist in campaign reporting and track performance metrics to evaluate success

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable appearing on-site for content shoots and using smartphones for video recording
• Willingness to travel within Singapore as needed to support campaign activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram to enhance campaign creativity
• Familiarity with CapCut or Canva for video editing and graphic design support
• Experience working with influencers or creators to manage partnerships effectively
• Basic photography or videography skills to contribute to content production quality
