Job Description
As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities
Baby Care Duties include:
- Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
- Feeding of babies, ensuring Baby Safety, Umbilical, Oral and Eye Care
- Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
- Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
- Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
- Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager
Mummy Care Duties Include:
- Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
- Guiding mummies in breastfeeding and baby care techniques
- Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
Working Hours
- 8:00AM - 8:00PM | 8:00PM - 8:00AM (Inclusive of 1.5hr Break)
- 2 x Morning/Night Shift
Salary
- From $120 (weekday) and $132 (weekend/public holiday)
- Additional Night Shift Allowance
*Salary listed are based on 4 weeks*

Job Requirements
- Singaporean and PRs only
- Strong mindset to remain calm and patient
- Physically fit to carry out daily tasks of carrying infants, and standing for long hours.
- Relevant experience would be good
- Able to commit twice a week
- Able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays
- Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritised
