Job Description

As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

Baby Care Duties include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
• Feeding of babies, ensuring Baby Safety, Umbilical, Oral and Eye Care
• Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
• Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
• Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

• Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
• Guiding mummies in breastfeeding and baby care techniques
• Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions

Working Hours

• 8:00AM - 8:00PM | 8:00PM - 8:00AM (Inclusive of 1.5hr Break)
• 2 x Morning/Night Shift

Salary

• From $120 (weekday) and $132 (weekend/public holiday)
• Additional Night Shift Allowance

*Salary listed are based on 4 weeks*

Job Requirements

• Singaporean and PRs only
• Strong mindset to remain calm and patient
• Physically fit to carry out daily tasks of carrying infants, and standing for long hours.
• Relevant experience would be good
• Able to commit twice a week
• Able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays
• Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritised
