Responsibilities

• Conduct time and method studies; validate UPH and maintain capacity database/models.
• Perform capacity planning (mid/long-term), forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare CAPEX justifications and support execution.
• Plan and optimize layouts using AutoCAD; drive shop floor improvements.
• Establish and update technical standards (UPH, utilization, MMR).
• Lead efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Perform cost analysis and develop plant cost reduction methodologies.
• Support cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• ≥2 years Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel (VBA), Microsoft Project; database skills a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently.
