Job Summary:

The Industrial Manager will act as a key bridge between technical operations, aftersales, and business development for Sinotruk HOWO trucks. This role focuses on driving service excellence, supporting sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with Sinotruk principal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for Sinotruk HOWO trucks, providing diagnostics support, troubleshooting guidance, and solutions to customers and internal teams
• Support sales and business development activities by offering technical consultation, participating in client discussions, and enhancing product positioning
• Identify new business opportunities, including fleet customers, service contracts, and aftermarket growth
• Work closely with the aftersales team to improve service quality, reduce downtime, and increase customer satisfaction
• Analyse operational, service, and market data to recommend strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization
• Collaborate with Sinotruk principal to ensure alignment on technical updates, warranty matters, and service standards
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and lifecycle management strategies for HOWO trucks
• Oversee and guide workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality repairs, and compliance with safety standards
• Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, fleet owners, and business partners
• Monitor spare parts planning and availability to minimize downtime and support aftersales performance
• Prepare and present performance reports, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to management

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in heavy vehicle / truck industry
• Hands-on experience with Sinotruk HOWO or similar heavy-duty truck brands
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, truck systems, and diagnostics
• Experience in aftersales, workshop operations, or technical support
• Exposure to business development, fleet management, or key account handling is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
