Responsibilities:
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
• Analyse production costs, material usage, and operational performance to identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, material flow, and inventory management.
• Support projects involving process improvements, system enhancements or equipment upgrades.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards including ISO 9001 and RBA requirements.
• Maintain relevant QMS documentation and support operational compliance.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering or operations environment
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills
• Proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Singaporean only need apply
