•  Position : Industrial Engineer (Precision Machining Industry)
• Location : Tuas
• Working hours : 5 days - Monday - Friday:7:30am to 4:45pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) Up to $4700 + $110 Transport Allowance + 10 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information

• Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste

• Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades

• Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues

• Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel

• Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs

• Design the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements

• Train staff for new processes and provide instructions and manuals

• Manage process documentation and prepare production reports

Requirements

• Diploma+ in Industrial / Precision / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering

• Knowledge of precision machining & production scheduling/control

• Able to interpret engineering drawings & assess manufacturability

• Familiar with EHS and factory / office fire safety
