We are looking for a proactive and organized Indoor Sales & Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, coordinate sales orders, and provide administrative support to the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices

• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, operations, finance) to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

• Assist the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals

• Manage order processing and ensure all documents are properly filed

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good client relationships
