Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the onboarding of vendors through creation, due diligence reviews, documentation, and compliance checks for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with daily procurement activities across indirect categories such as technology, professional services, and marketing, ensuring adherence to procurement policies.
• Oversee the vendor lifecycle, including managing RFP/RFQ processes, vendor selection, performance assessment, and ongoing reviews.
• Negotiate with vendors concerning pricing, quantity, delivery plans, and SLAs, as well as guide contract signing and follow-up processes.
• Foster knowledge sharing and training initiatives to enhance procurement awareness and compliance organization-wide.
• Drive efforts for process optimization to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance within procurement operations.
• Support activities related to data analysis, invoice validation, process initiation, and procurement documentation tracking to ensure timely information flow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in indirect procurement; experience in compliance, marketing, technology, or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and Vendor Assessment procedures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, showcasing strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with a strong ownership mentality, capable of understanding business needs and developing impactful solutions.
• Effective negotiation skills with the ability to identify opportunities and obtain favorable outcomes.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
