Job Description

• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders
• No selling of products, No cold call
• Answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints
• Provide information to customers and service providers
• Verify data and entry into the system

Requirements:

• Willing to work at the Western part of Singapore (Taman Jurong Area)
• Knowledge of Customer service principles
• Knowledge of Singapore roads
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Good communication skills
