Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Solution Architect to design and drive the implementation of end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role involves working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements, architect scalable and secure systems, and ensure successful solution delivery across a range of digital transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology execution. Experience with cloud platforms, integration strategies, and enterprise systems is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into high-level architecture blueprints and scalable solution designs.
• Lead the development of end-to-end solution architectures across platforms, applications, and systems.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture, security standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and identify extensibility or integration needs with existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Oversee system design reviews, performance tuning, and integration troubleshooting.
• Define and manage architecture governance processes and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development, effort estimation, and solution presentations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution design and implementation.
