Key Responsibilities:

• Support and resolve tickets related to Identity services
• Manage daily operations using Microsoft IDNA runbooks
• Handle tenant provisioning, account, and subscription management
• Perform incident management and service monitoring to ensure system stability, performance, and security
• Adhere to security and compliance processes, including certificate rotation
• Escalate unresolved issues to Microsoft

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• ≥2 years of coding experience (Engineer) / ≥5 years with team leadership experience (Specialist)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; self-driven with a strategic mindset
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to industry trends
• Programming Languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
• Knowledge of open-source tools and frameworks is an advantage
