The Role

We are hiring an Human Resources Executive to support our regional operations. You'll manage the day-to-day of HR administration and office operations, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and our workplace functions well.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding

• Maintain accurate employee records, leave tracking, and payroll administration

• Manage work pass applications and renewals in compliance with MOM requirements

• Oversee office administration including vendor management, supplies, and facilities coordination

• Prepare HR correspondence, employment documentation, and support policy development

• Organize employee engagement activities and company events

• Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar coordination role

• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, and payroll processing

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms an advantage
