Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the overall business objectives.
• Handle payroll, benefits, and compensation
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Manage the HR budget and allocate resources to achieve department goals and objectives.
• Performance review cycles, KPI setting, annual appraisals, and salary review exercises.
• Organizing meetings, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
• Foster a positive company culture

Qualifications:

• Qualification in HR related with 3 - 5 years of relevant HR Manager experience in a listed company
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with labour laws and HR systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Short notice commencement would be advantageous
• Salary will be commensurate with experience
