A public firm is looking for a Human Resource Executive, Group Shared Services (HR operations) #FR (3 months to perm)

Your new role

• Provide HR administrative support for the assigned portfolio, covering employee life cycle events such as probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of working hours, conversion of employment terms, contract renewal, post-retirement re-employment, post-basic incentive payment or salary adjustment upon attainment of higher qualifications, as well as staff referral incentive payout. 
• Provide support to management in the review, development and implementation of processes; this may include preparing adhoc reports

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• A recognized diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1 year experience in HR, or HR operations will be advantageous.

• Prior hands-on experience with PowerAutomate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage.
