Job Description:

• Assist in full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement

• Maintain and update Info-Tech, ensuring accurate employee records and data integrity

• Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to improve organisational effectiveness

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles

• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and TAFEP guidelines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a multicultural setting
