Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll (overtime, allowances, deductions)

• Ensure compliance with CPF, tax, and statutory requirements

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Support onboarding/offboarding

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

• Ensure compliance with construction and labor regulations

• Prepare HR reports and handle general HR duties

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience; experience in the construction industry is an advantage

• Experience in payroll and work pass applications

• Knowledge of MOM regulations and Singapore payroll practices
