Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and offer administration
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and documentation in full compliance with company policies
• Assist in coordinating smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences that make every employee feel welcomed and valued
• Handle day-to-day HR enquiries from staff with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help
• Support payroll processing, leave administration, and attendance tracking with strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and internal events that strengthen workplace culture
• Gain meaningful exposure to HR compliance, MOM regulations, and employment best practices that are essential for any HR career
• Build a solid HR foundation in a supportive environment with hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and structured mentorship

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
