COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support recruitment processes, work pass applications, and internal event coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering employee engagement through well-organized company events.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support their hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports when needed.
- Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters and contracts.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.
Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance:
- Support the preparation and submission of work pass applications and renewals via official portals (e.g., EPOL, WPOL, myMOM Portal).
- Monitor application statuses and ensure timely processing in line with statutory guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of work pass validity and quota tracking.
- Ensure all employment practices comply with MOM regulations and the company's internal policies.
General HR Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Assist in HR audits, internal reviews, or external inspections when required.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and employee-related matters.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and/or HR operations.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week.
- Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore)
