Job Description

Role Summary:

Senior HR/ Supervisor to lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for our Singapore office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring HR operations, compliance, and office administration run efficiently while supporting business growth.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on HR support, supervise HR & Admin activities, and act as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters.

Job Responsibility

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and off-boarding.

  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements; stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to HR policies and practices.

  • Review, update, and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, guidelines, and internal procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.

Talent Acquisition & Employee Life-cycle

  • Supervise and support talent acquisition activities including job description preparation, job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer administration.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment advice.

  • Oversee new employee orientation, on-boarding programs, and coordinate training initiatives as required.

  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave, and bank details.

  • Manage group insurance, employee benefits, and liaise with external vendors and service providers.

  • Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave entitlements.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, recruitment metrics, turnover, and training statistics.

  • Provide HR-related data and insights to management to support decision-making.

Office Administration & Facilities

  • Supervise office administration functions including office supplies, pantry management, vendor coordination, repairs, and facilities maintenance.

  • Monitor and manage office expenses and budgets; prepare regular administrative and cost reports.

  • Coordinate staff travel arrangements and accommodations when required.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Organize and support employee engagement activities, staff events, and internal communications initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, handling concerns professionally and confidentially.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee well-being initiatives.

Leadership & Supervision

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior HR/Admin staff where applicable.

  • Continuously improve HR and administrative processes for efficiency and scalability.

Job Responsibility

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR & Administration experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll administration and HR operations.

  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
