Job Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities
• Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS best practices, data security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
• Support large-scale HRIS implementation, including system migrations, upgrades, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and compliance platforms.
• Drive data conversion and ensure the highest standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to resolve technical issues,
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within HRIS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration
• Min 6 years of progressive HRIS experience
• In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Workday implementation experience preferred.
• Experience in complex HRIS projects, system integrations, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management within financial services.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
