Job Description:
• Work with the Benefits team to understand existing processes and pain points, and subsequently with relevant stakeholders and/or vendors to design, test, and implement automation solutions (e.g. workflow automation, bots, AI-enabled solutions).

• Track the outcome and impact of the automation through measures such as productivity savings, reduction in manual effort and/or improvement in turnaround times.

• Document processes, procedures, guidelines and training materials to ensure business continuity of the newly implemented solutions.

• Support UAT work for system changes being implemented due to upcoming MAS regulatory reporting changes.

• Support Wellness Activities and Vendor Management tasks

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources or similar w min relevant HR internship experience
