What you'll be doing

• Lead and shape a strong employer branding strategy to enhance the organisation’s reputation and attractiveness in the talent market

• Design and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies, and frameworks to attract and retain healthcare professionals

• Partner closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop creative recruitment initiatives and expand talent pipelines across the cluster

• Identify and explore new sourcing channels, partnerships, and outreach initiatives to strengthen workforce supply

• Leverage recruitment analytics to track hiring outcomes, recruitment yield, and market trends, providing regular insights and reports to senior management

• Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with organisational goals, workforce planning priorities, and governance requirements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business or related studies

• 8 - 10 years of working experience in healthcare talent acquisition/ workforce planning/ employer branding

• Proven ability to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
