• Partner business units on HR matters and provide professional HR advisory to management

• Support and drive corporate HR initiatives, projects, and policy implementation

• Manage recruitment for key roles, including interviews and stakeholder coordination

• Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary cases, grievances, and investigations

• Support performance management processes and guide managers on people matters

• Oversee payroll administration for executives and senior staff

• Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to management

• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and HR best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate HR / HRBP / People Partner roles

• Experience handling employee relations and sensitive HR matters
