Job Description

• Execute full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job postings, referrals, and various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates by understanding their career goals and managing their expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Oversee administrative matters related to candidates, including payroll processing and benefits coordination.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and support company growth.
• Manage client accounts by understanding hiring requirements and delivering suitable talent solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
