Job Description

This is a contract role ending on the 30 June 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Coordinate with HR vendors, manage contracts, purchase orders, and monitor service performance.
  • Raise purchase orders for locally managed benefits and services (e.g. insurance, tax, legal, immigration, EAP).
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare for and support government audits, inspections, and mandatory statutory reporting submissions.
  • Manage new hire onboarding, employee documentation, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Provide guidance on employee offboarding processes when required.
  • Act as the local HR compliance lead, conducting audits and supporting training initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the local employee handbook.
  • Support HR administration across hiring, exits, mobility, benefits, and HR documentation.
  • Represent the organization in engagements with local government authorities when required.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage HR tracking tools, data reporting, and stakeholder communication related to external workforce management.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's labor laws in and statutory HR requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable handling employee-facing HR cases with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-volume HR activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Experience in a large, complex multinational environment is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively within structured policies, compliance frameworks, and governance models.
