Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead hiring across Malaysia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and other APAC areas as needed.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation with hiring managers.
• Improve recruitment processes and propose new tools suitable for the company.
• Apply basic C&B knowledge to design salary packages and provide HR advisory support.
• Build and promote the company's employer brand across all HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, learning, engagement).
• Develop initiatives to highlight the company as a top workplace in the APAC region.
• Act as an HR strategic partner to APAC subsidiaries, providing insights and solutions to support business goals.
• Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and design performance-driving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Min. 6 years of HR working experience.
• Proficient with SuccessFactor RCM.
• Basic C&B experience, preferably with Mercer Methodology.
• Willing to travel across APAC when needed.
