Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives and support strategic business growth in a fast-paced tech environment. This role focuses on talent management, recruitment, HR projects, and maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
Lead and mentor the HR and administrative team, ensuring efficient daily operations and professional development.
Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, processes, and systems that align with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and regional offices, providing guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, performance management, workforce planning, and rewards strategies.
Drive and contribute to HR projects, company initiatives, and special committees as assigned.
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with current and future talent needs, including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Oversee performance appraisal processes to foster a high-performance culture.
Champion Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards related to labor practices and ethical compliance.
Support plant and office security oversight.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local laws and regulations while reflecting industry best practices.
Keep up-to-date with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent management.
Provide reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
IHRP CP / SP certification preferred.
5–8 years of HR experience in Singapore, ideally within tech or project-driven industries.
Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
Knowledge of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) labor and ethics standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with Customs Bulk Permit processes is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with regional offices and employees.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
