Job Description

  • Manage full recruitment cycle, ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline, onboarding matters and supporting all HR matters
  • Work with department managers to identify hiring criteria to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions
  • Improve and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assist with job posting and advertisement processes. Screen and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Work with the hiring managers and other HR colleagues during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details. Manage onboarding of new hires.
  • Manage assimilation of new hire improving onboarding experience of new hires including onboarding processes in HRMS
  • Support in site-wide communications activities
  • Design, implement and administer HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees’ needs
  • Lead Employee Engagement Programs with one direct report.
  • Reporting of new hire data and statistics
  • Design and implement Health and Wellness Program such as sports and recreation programs and community relations to aid employees well-being, retention as well as company image.
  • Assist in manufacturing plant audit compliance & customer audit (training)

Requirements

  • At least a degree in HR or other discipline.
  • At least 8 years HR related experience
  • Possesses Good communications skills and Team player
  • Meticulous, analytical with problem-solving skills
  • Proficient oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint) & Workday HRMS.
  • Able to practise discretion to handle personal and confidential matters.
