Job Description
- HR Generalist
- Mon-Fri 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Tuas, Singapore [ Fully Onsite ]
- Basic range $3,500 - $4,500 + Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]
Summaries:
- Handle end-to-end human resources functions from day one, with a strong focus in supporting the company’s globalization initiatives such as Saudi Arabia, Italy and Australia markets.
- Company is a fully integrated engineering design, procurement, construction, management (EPCM) to industries in Pharmaceutical & Process Sectors, recently expanding business from Singapore to Australia and western countries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with a pharmaceutical or process industry background
- Exposure to global HR practices with business process management software or systems.
- Familiar with HRMS payroll like Infotech, SuccessFactors or Workday
- Comfortable working on site in Tuas facility
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
- Ensure sufficient PPE stock for new headcount.
- Handle offboarding compliantly in ensuring settlement to exited employees with needful IR21 filing for foreigner employees
Manpower Planning & Job Costing
- Prepare manpower job costing reports for direct and indirect labour.
- Verifies target performance incentive plans.
- Collaborate with accounts and operations to align manpower budgets with project / job costing requirements and ensure no overruns.
- Monitor labor costs and optimize workforce allocation. Performance
Training
- Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance workforce capability.
Payroll
- Execute accurate end to end payroll processing and ensures compliance with statutory requirements and Company policies.
- Understand market surveys to ensure alignment with market best practices in terms of rewards and wages.
Globalisation Support
- Assist in identifying and grooming potential talents for overseas relocation
- Coordinate working VISAS with appointed local agents in host country and ensure crosscultural training and localise adjustment for foreign workforce setting in new country of work, ensure end to end HRarrangements are met compliantly
- Provide practical and executable HR insights to management forglobal workforce strategies and cross deployments
