Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
Plan and implement recruitment strategies across various channels such as job portals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and hiring events.
Organise and support recruitment activities and career-related events to meet workforce needs.
Set clear recruitment objectives and timelines to meet hiring targets while ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Screen and interview candidates based on job-related requirements and competencies, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks for selected candidates in accordance with company policies.
Act as the main liaison with recruitment and staffing agencies, ensuring effective coordination and service delivery.
Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and provide guidance on interview practices when required.
Prepare and maintain weekly recruitment reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations.
Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to provide insights that support employee retention initiatives.
Stay informed of labour market trends and updates to government regulations that may impact recruitment practices.
Provide input and recommendations for the review and enhancement of HR-related policies and procedures.
Serve as a trusted recruitment partner, offering professional advice and insights to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high-volume hiring effectively.
Working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and fair recruitment practices.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate screening skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and lookup functions), Outlook, and recruitment or HR databases; experience with SAP is an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong organisational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality recruitment outcomes.
Experience supporting non-executive or operational hiring is an advantage.
