Brief Summary:
Join us as an HR Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations and driving organizational success through effective compliance and documentation management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance with standards and documentation of any identified control deficiencies.
• Maintain and update HR policies, organizational charts, and ensure all employee data is current.
• Manage the annual Performance Appraisal Cycle, coordinating with various stakeholders to track progress and facilitate promotions and salary increments.
• Administer the Study Support Programme and coordinate training initiatives while maintaining comprehensive records.
• Prepare quarterly employee turnover reports and assist with necessary HR documentation.
• Support HR projects by reviewing policies, creating process flowcharts, and standardizing HR forms.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams/Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with audit processes and policy documentation.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
