About the role

An established food manufacturing and supply company in Singapore is looking for a hands-on HR Executive to support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and employee administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administration

• Handle MOM work pass matters, including applications, renewals and cancellations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and other HR documentation

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews and candidate scheduling

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Assist with monthly payroll-related administration and ensure accurate submission of information

• Administer employee medical benefits and corporate insurance matters

• Handle staff access cards, uniforms and other employee-related requisitions

• Support employee relations, welfare and engagement activities

• Coordinate employee training, course registration and applicable training grants

About you

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR operations experience

• Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and work pass processes

• Hands-on experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle matters

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to handle confidential employee information appropriately
