HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
• Administer work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, EP) and liaise with MOM when required
• Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate staff training, orientation, and performance appraisal exercises
• Handle employee enquiries, disciplinary matters, and basic industrial relations issues
• Maintain and update HR documentation, reports, and databases
• Support HR initiatives and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum [5] years of relevant HR working experience
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR systems
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience in recruitment for construction / manufacturing / industrial sectors
• Prior experience handling foreign worker matters
• Knowledge of payroll systems and HR analytics
